Blepharoplasty is a cosmetic plastic surgery procedure that removes fat and excess skin from the area around the eyelids. It can remove the puffy bags under the patient's eyes and correct droopy eyelids. Patients who undergo blepharoplasty generally wind up with eyes that look younger and more alert.
