Personal Cosmetic Surgery Experiences

Read about the experiences of other visitors in this, the Experiences section of FaceForum.   Very few of us have friends or personal acquaintances who have been through the various procedures, so it may be helpful to read about facial plastic surgery from someone else's perspective.

While everyone's experiences can be different, especially in terms of pain, recovery and results, it's often helpful to hear how others fared.

This section will eventually be organized into categories, with facelift stories grouped together, nasal surgery stories grouped together and so on, but until we get an "inventory" of experiences, I'll link to each one by name.

• Misty's Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation Surgery Story - 36 year-old mother of three children, high school algebra teacher has breast augmentation and a rhinoplasty for correction of deviated septum and for cosmetic reasons. 
• Cindy's Rhinoplasty Story - Nose surgery story from a twenty-one year old female patient.
• Terri's Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty Story - Female patient in her thirties had rhinoplasty and septoplasty.  Since the nasal surgery corrected breathing and sinus problems, it was covered by her insurance.
