Case Details

Plastic surgeon M. Bradley Calobrace, MD, FACS, located in Louisville, KY helped this woman achieve a more youthful appearance. This patient wanted to receive a Facelift knowing the benefits of the procedure. Dr. Calobrace also suggested an Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty) to further complement the Facelift. A Facelift is a procedure used to improve sagging facial skin, loose neck skin and jowls by removing excess fat, tightening muscles, and redraping skin. The procedure takes 3 to 5 hours and is performed with local sedation or general anesthesia. Eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure used to remove fat, excess skin, and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. Blepharoplasty can correct drooping of upper lids and puffy bags.
