About Dr. Deane
Dr. Deane is recognized as an expert in all aspects of plastic surgery, including all areas of the face and body. He has perfected many advanced techniques and is often sought by his colleagues for his opinion and advice.
Dr. Deane is a partner of the Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, one of the oldest (established in 1948) and most experienced groups of its kind in the country. The Long Island Plastic Surgical Group has the prestigious distinction of being certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery to train other plastic surgeons. Therefore, Dr. Deane's patients enjoy all the benefits of university resources and techniques, as well as the comfort and personal attention of a private practice.
Dr. Deane is also distinguished as one of the few plastic surgeons in the country to be successfully recertified by the American Board of Surgery. This allows him to continue to be certified by BOTH the American Board of Plastic Surgery AND the American Board of Surgery. He is also a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, which promotes the highest professional standards for plastic surgeons. He is widely recognized and is listed in a number of Who's Who publications as well as the How to Find the Best Doctors in the New York Metro Area, 1998 and 1999 editions.
