Subject # 2 Age: 23 Sex: F  This 23 year old female patient presented with bilateral prominent ears. Before surgery, her ears protruded from her head, the left ear more than the right ear, and the folds were under-developed. These conditions are visible in the front and back views. After surgery, her ears lie closer to her head, are symmetrical, and have improved shape.
