This 41-year-old woman met with one of the board certified plastic surgeons at the Austin-Weston Center for Plastic Surgery in Reston, VA.  At the consultation, they discussed several plastic surgery options to address what she saw as her "problem areas."  This patient was bothered by the heaviness of her upper lids, her lower lid region and the loose heaviness of her neck.  She elected to undergo direct neck sculpting with pullback in which she was very pleased with the results.  She also chose to have upper eyelid surgery (more formerly referred to as blepharoplasty), lower eyelid surgery with mid-face lift, and fat injections to her upper lip.
