A neck lift is a surgical procedure designed to lift and tone loose sagging skin around the chin and neck area of a patient’s face. When this skin slackens, patients can develop “turkey neck” or “turkey wattle” which can bring about self consciousness and a displeasing appearance to the facial structure.
