A 48-year old woman came to Dr. Mark Epstein, MD FACS of Stony Brook, NY to inquire about a double eyelid blepharoplasty. She wanted to take years of age off her eyes. Dr. Epstein performed a four lid eye lift using an incision on the lower eyelid while tightening her outer eyelids. You can see in the before photos, distinct hollows under her eyes. The fat pockets causing the hollows were removed and that fat replaced the hollows to smooth out the contour of lower eyelids.
