This 59 year old caucasian woman chose to receive blepharoplasty on her lower eyelid only. The patient did not want to have the upper eyelids operated on but still desired a youthful and vibrant look around the corners and underneath the eye. Dr Mark Epstein of Stony Brook, NY used an incision under the eyelash on her lower eyelid. Dr. Epstein was also able to tighten her outer lower eyelid through the same incision. Her blepharoplasty before and after photos clearly show how nicely the procedure worked for her. Despite the fact that she only had lower blepharoplasty, her entire eyes look rejuvenated and more youthful.
